Sessions & practicalities
Starting therapy, with the practical details clear.
The first consultation
In-person work in Horsh Tabet and online work begin with an initial consultation. We discuss what you are looking for and whether ongoing therapy together would be appropriate.
Session length & frequency
Initial consultations and ongoing sessions are available in 30–35 minute and 45–50 minute formats. We agree the format and frequency together. Ongoing sessions are generally arranged at a fixed weekly time.
Four-session arrangements
A four-session package reserves a fixed weekly appointment. Payment is made in advance to reserve and maintain that time and support continuity.
Fees
Please contact me by WhatsApp or email for current fees and available consultation formats. These are discussed directly before confirming your appointment.
Payment methods
Payment options include cash, Whish Money or OMT (76 370374), TapTap Send, an online card payment link, and Western Union. Card links and transfer details are available on request. Please confirm the appropriate transfer details with me before paying.
When payment is due
Online sessions are paid before the scheduled appointment. Four-session packages are paid in advance to reserve and maintain your fixed weekly appointment.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are charged in full, because the time is reserved specifically for you.
In person & online
In-person sessions take place at Centre Groupe, 6th Floor, Horsh Tabet Main Street, Sin El Fil, Lebanon. Online sessions may be available where professionally permitted and suitable. Share your country and time zone when enquiring; we agree the platform before the appointment.
Booking & contact
You can request a preferred time through Appointlet. A booking request becomes a confirmed appointment only after my approval. Email and WhatsApp are for appointments and administrative enquiries; please avoid sending detailed clinical information in an initial message.
